We are seeking a highly motivated Programme Manager to support the implementation and day-to-day operations of the Asia-Pacific One Health Initiative (APOHI). The role requires a highly organized, proactive, and systems-oriented individual who can operate at both operational and strategic levels in a fast-paced, multi-country environment. In addition, the candidate will coordinate programme activities, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure effective delivery of programme objectives across a regional network.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and provide administrative support for APOHI
  • Serve as secretariat for programme governance (meetings, minutes, follow-ups)
  • Coordinate programme activities and track deliverables across teams and partners
  • Develop and maintain strategic collaborations and stakeholder networks
  • Oversee development and maintenance of programme dashboards and data systems
  • Monitor budgets and support financial reporting
  • Manage website, communications materials, and outreach channels
  • Prepare regular progress, annual, and financial reports

Requirements:

  • Master’s/PhD degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in programme or project management
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and/or regional programmes
  • Familiarity with grant-funded programmes or public health initiatives is an advantage
  • Experience in One Health, infectious diseases, or surveillance programmes
  • Exposure to data dashboards, reporting systems, or digital platforms
