Research
Responsibilities:
- To handle general molecular work such as gene cloning, recombinant protein purification, western blot analysis and qRT-PCR analysis by extracting total RNA
- To generate and take care of transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana plants and their functional characterization
- To create weekly work progress report.
- To manage assigned general laboratory duties
Requirements:
- BSc (Hons)/ MSc in a life science discipline
- Highly motivated individuals that are disciplined, keen learners, and independent workers
- A strong background in plant physiology, molecular biology, or genetics will be added advantage
