Dr Jang In-Cheol Group: Postdoctoral Position
Research
We are looking for a highly-motivated postdoctoral fellow to work on the project “Disruptive & Sustainable Technologies for Agricultural Precision” a research programme funded by the National Research Foundation (NRF).
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing platform technologies for diagnosis of abiotic stresses
- Developing CRISPR leaf vegetables that are tolerant to abiotic stresses
Requirements:
- PhD in the field of plant molecular biology, biochemistry or agricultural biotechnology
- At least one first-author paper in an international peer-reviewed journal
- Prior research experience in chemical biology (metabolites analysis) and/or synthetic biology will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
