Our lab focuses on plant epigenetics and the functional genomics of vegetable crops and their breeding. We are looking for a highly motivated Postdoc to conduct multi-omics study and molecular breeding in vegetable crops. Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct omics studies and analyses, especially Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis
- Perform genomic and phenomics studies on germplasms or mutant pools to identify genomic loci controlling important agronomic traits
- Publish research papers and attend conferences
Requirements:
- PhD degree in plant genetics, plant breeding or bioinformatics
- At least one first-author research paper in an international peer-reviewed journal
- Experience in plant genome studies and NGS data analysis or plant breeding
