Responsibilities:
- assist in the requirements gathering,analysis and design and the managing of software projects, testing and training;
- ensure proper documentation of applications developed, including change management;
- liaise and assist with outsource developer on software design and development ;
- involved in the website updates, design and development and other ad-hoc software projects;
- As a Senior / IT Officer (Application Development), you will assist in the development, coordination and documentation of the organization in-house application development. Your tasks will typically include the following:
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering majoring in database design and software development
- 3 years of working experience in software development
- Good Knowledge in LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP 5), HTML and JavaScript.
- Good Knowledge and experience in software life cycle management and database design
- Experience in CakePHP Framework is advantageous
- Knowledge in Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) and AJAX frameworks preferred
- Knowledge in Drupal, Oracle database and other software languages, tools, databases and administration are advantageous
