Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory (TLL) is seeking Research Investigator who has demonstrated a capacity for independent research, scientific excellence, and the ability to develop innovative and internationally recognized research programs within a highly supportive core-funded institute. Individuals employing multidisciplinary approaches, developing new and unconventional model systems, and interested in bridging basic and applied sciences are especially encouraged to apply. Candidates should be within 3 years of completing their PhD at the time of application.
Broad areas of research interest include but are not limited to:
- Synthetic biology in plant and microbial systems
- Microbiome composition and function in model systems
- Prokaryotic and fungal systems with applications for industrial microbiology
- Metabolic / Enzyme engineering.
