We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support various HR and Corporate Services functions, ensuring the smooth operation of these processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of employees, from onboarding and orientation to performance management and offboarding processes
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies and procedures
- Assist in the management and monitoring of the Institute’s Internship and PhD Programs, outreach activities, etc.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs including flexi-benefits, etc.
- Assist in general secretariat and corporate functions, and occasional ad-hoc HR/Admin/Corporate Services projects
- Remain abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to compensation, benefits, and HR administration
- Collaborate and engage with various departments and stakeholders
- Other ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma and/or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
- Possesses relevant working experience in HR/benefits administration, along with knowledge in MOM regulations and HR practices
- Preferably relevant working experience in scholarships and internship programs
- Ability to plan and prioritise while carrying out the tasks meticulously and methodically
- Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Fresh graduates with positive working attitude may be considered
