Senior Executive (HR & Corporate Services)

We are looking for a HR/Recruitment specialist who has extensive knowledge and experience in talent acquisition to join our Human Resources and Corporate Services department.

Responsibilities

  • Source for candidates through various channels, arrange interviews, administer selection processes, host or participate in career events.
  • Develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
  • Help to create and plan a strong talent pipeline for our current and future hiring needs.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and development in the organisation.
  • Coordinate with hiring supervisors and managers to identify staffing (including trainees and interns) needs.
  • Analyse and forecast organisation’s quarterly and annual hiring needs.
  • Knowledgeable in and prepared to execute a spectrum of HR tasks.
  • Collaborate and engage with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a HR/Recruitment specialist or similar with knowledge in managing scholarship and internship programs.
  • Extensive familiarity with MOM regulations & HR practices.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, adept in navigating resume databases, and leverage on professional networks to enhance recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise, while carrying out the task assigned in a meticulous and organised manner.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Diploma &/or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, etc.
