An immediate vacancy for Research Officer/Assistant Research Officer is available in Biomaterials and Biocatalysts Group.

Responsibilities:

1. Gene synthesis, cloning, protein expression and protein purification.
2. Genetic manipulation of microbes using molecular biological techniques.
3. Synthesis and modification of biopolymers.

Requirements:

- BSc/MSc with at least three years of full-time lab experience or a fresh PhD graduate
- Highly-motivated person who is able to work independently in a small team.
- Lab experience in chemistry, microbiology or molecular biology is essential.
