Responsibilities:
1. Intensive molecular techniques such as gene cloning, gene expression in
bacteria, yeast and/or mammalian system, transfection, in situ hybridisation and cDNA library
construction.
2. Cell culture, monoclonal antibody production,
various immunologic/virologic methods to study
antibody and antigen reaction.
3. HPLC, affinity column work and flow cytometry.
4. Construct viral infectious clone and use viral vector to deliver gene into cell.
5. Construct bacterial mutants, characterisation
of virulence factors for bacterial pathogenesis.
The salary given is commensurable to educational qualifications and working experience of the candidates. Benefits include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, etc. |
