Senior Manager/Manager (Finance)


  • Perform month-end closing activities and prepare group financial statements in accordance with accounting policies, reporting standards and statutory requirements
  • Perform monthly/quarterly review of group financial performance and analysis of expenditures to support cost control efforts
  • Business partner to the Grants and IP department and other departments for quarterly claims submissions to relevant agencies
  • Oversee preparation of cash flow projections for cash management purposes
  • Review quarterly GST submissions
  • Preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Act as key liaison to internal and external auditors
  • Assist Finance Director in the review and update of finance policies and internal control processes
  • Review of finance operations as part of ongoing productivity improvement efforts
  • Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • Qualified CA/CPA with degree in Accounting
  • At least 8 years of relevant Finance working experience with recent years in a supervisory function in a similar capacity
  • Technically competent in financial reporting standards and hands-on experience in the preparation of full sets of accounts
  • Proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP system and MS Office
  • Strong problem-solving skills and able to exercise sound judgment based on accurate and timely analysis
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills able to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
