Senior Executive (Finance)


  • Responsible for customer billing and invoicing in accordance with Institute policies, internal controls and accounting standards
  • Record sales and receipts
  • Maintain customer contracts, accounts receivable files and records
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve any irregularities or enquiries
  • Assist in recording of fixed assets and other journal entries
  • Perform cash flow planning for cash management purposes
  • Prepare GST reports and filing
  • Assist in general financial management, reporting and analysis
  • Support the internal and external audit processes
  • Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • Diploma in Accounting or higher
  • At least 5 years’ relevant working experience
  • Knowledge in using Oracle or similar ERP system is an added advantage
  • Able to work independently, hands-on and well-organized
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and analytical
