Temporary Admin Assistant (HR & Corporate Services)

We are seeking for a Temporary Admin Assistant to assist in administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Archiving of documents
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Able to work independently and an excellent team player
  • Detail-oriented and have the maturity to handle confidential information.
  • Good work ethics with a positive attitude
  • Must be able to commit for 11 weeks
