We are seeking an Assistant Research Officer to develop a diagnostic method for Parkinson’s disease (PD). This project is a collaboration with National Neuroscience Institute and Entopsis Inc, a U.S. startup. The diagnostic method involves the use of colorimetric sensor array to distinguish PD and healthy urine based on metabolite profiles.

Responsibilities:
- Research published literature for metabolite profiles of PD urine
- Develop and optimize colorimetric assays for urine with PD-enriched metabolites
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology or equivalent
- Two or more prior research experience (including Final Year Project)
- Ability to conduct inter-disciplinary and collaborative research
