Asst. Manager/Snr. Executive (Grants & Projects Administration)


1) Oversight and management of grants and related Programmes in TLL which includes:

  • Evaluate, process, and consolidate grant claim requests
  • Track grant-related, expenses, personnel, and equipment
  • Propose and execute budget variations
  • Preparation of grants reports and claims submission to funding agencies
  • Management of the Grants Management System

2) Finance work on all grants-related accounting matters

3) Liaise with researchers, funding agencies and auditors on grants- and Programmes-related matters

4) Propose and evaluate grants submission, as well as plan and manage grants-related projects

5) Provision of the secretariat and general support to the grants and Programmes related committees and meetings

6) Assist in any other duties assigned by the Assistant Director


  • Recognized Degree or higher in Life Sciences or Business/Accountancy
  • Minimum 4 years relevant working experience
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and accustomed to multitasking
  • Highly organized, meticulous and a good team player
  • Good communication skills to liaise with people of varsity
